Manager, Guard Force

Leads and manages all operations of security activities for Guard Force section including assigning, scheduling and reviewing work performed consistent with the department approved policies and procedures.

**Essential Responsibilities and Duties**:
1. Manages the security operations of the Guard force section and develop security strategies, implement security procedures, and supervise security officers and guards.

2. Develops work schedules, allocating tasks, and monitoring personnel performance.

3. Prepares annual budget for the section’s requirements and manpower. Sets the section’s KPIs and prepares a quarterly report of the security activities.

4. Oversees the security plans that cover security codes, or any other security incidents inside the Hospital premises.

5. Manages responses to emergencies and alarms, as well as compiling incident reports.

6. Observers periodic reports in regards to the day-to-day operations of the Department Sections’, and evaluates the process and recommends corrective actions accordingly.

7. Trains, monitors and evaluates all assigned staff. Recommends disciplinary actions if required, and implements appropriate procedures to improve performance.

**Education**:
Master’s or Bachelor's Degree in Hospital Administration, Safety, Security, Law Enforcement, or other related discipline is required.

**Experience Required**:
Grade 11:
Five (5) years of related experience with Master’s, or seven (7) years with Bachelor’s Degree, including two (2) years in a senior/ supervisory capacity is required.

Grade 12:
Seven (7) years of related experience with Master’s, or nine (9) years with Bachelor’s Degree ,including four (4) years of (Grade 11) experience is required.

**Other Requirements(Certificates)**:
Saudi Nationals Only.
