**Supply chain manager should** **manage team performance and goals and ensure teams meet business operational**
**expectations and performance standards. Plan and supervise the workflow to ensure the**
**best practice in Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning Logistics processes. Encourage and**
**solicit input from staff and ensure their suggestions and concerns are addressed. Monitor**
**and evaluate supply chain employees in terms of performance, delivery of objectives and**
**supporting their development.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company's policies and vision
- Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations.
- Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
- Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements.
- Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize stockouts.
- Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc.)
- Prioritize requests from internal customers and ensure they are handled efficiently.
- Manage procurement process from start to finish, including sourcing, negotiations, contracting, and delivery.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies that optimize our supply chain process, including the use of e-Commerce Systems.
- Analyzing data from shipping and delivery operations to identify bottlenecks and other issues.
- Monitoring logistics services to ensure smooth operations and resolving supply chain problems if they arise.
- Develop relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
- Analyze and forecast market trends and provide insights on the supply chain process to senior management.
- Monitor and track supplier performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Prepare annual budget.
- Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security
- Plan work rotas, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results.
- Oversee purchases, maintenance, and service contract negotiations. Manage testing and
implementation of products to ensure seamless integration and minimize cost and loss.
- Ensure that purchasing/ Central Warehouse activities meet and integrate with the company’s requirement for quality management, health and safety, legal stipulations, and environmental issues.

**Requirements and skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management
- Knowledge of the full supply chain process, including e-commerce systems, sourcing, negotiation, contracting, and delivery
- Familiarity with the international and local market and suppliers
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with suppliers.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Supply Chain Manager: 5 years (preferred)
