**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets for industrial gases, including oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen, and carbon dioxide.
- Identify potential customers and market segments, and actively prospect for new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, logistics, and technical support, to ensure timely delivery and customer service..
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential business opportunities.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to network with potential customers and stay updated on industry best practices.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the industrial gas or related industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers at all levels.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills to drive sales and meet targets.
- Ability to work independently and proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Ability to travel as required to meet with customers and attend industry events.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to use personal vehicle for business purposes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong business acumen.

**Skills**:

- Experience in Sales & Marketing Industrial Gas is proffered.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to reach and exceed sales targets.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical individuals.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- In-depth knowledge of the industrial gas market, including key competitors and market dynamics.
- Ability to identify sales opportunities, develop sales strategies, and close deals effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly address client concerns and resolve issues.
- Highly motivated and target-driven, with a proactive approach to sales and business development.
