**Main Responsibilities**:

- Boost the recruitment and screening efforts to ensure a continuous supply of qualified PFTTs (part-time and full-time tutors).
- Enhance tutor development through effective monitoring and feedback, focusing on improving educational quality and performance.
- Support operational tasks that streamline the workflow and contribute to achieving key project outcomes.

**A Day In Your Life**:

- Screen and interview potential tutors, ensuring alignment with required qualifications.
- Assist in Educational Quality Assurance by observing tutor sessions and providing constructive feedback.
- Prepare detailed performance reports on PFTT tutors.
- Actively headhunt for marketplace tutors to expand the community and talent pool.

**Requirements**:
**You’re the Tutor Community Intern we’re looking for if you have**:

- Must be a Saudi national
- Advanced understanding of pedagogy and educational practices
- Proficient in using platforms such as Workable and LinkedIn for recruitment
- Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to manage recruitment, development, and reporting tasks simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to details
- Advanced MS Office and Excel skills
- Must be eligible for Tamheer Program Registration

Tamheer program is an on-the-job training program for Saudi graduates. Tamheer aims at training Saudi graduate holders at international organizations and outstanding companies in order for them to gain experience and skills to prepare them for full-time employment. Program duration is 6 months long period of training. We are looking for graduates that have not been employed during the last **6 months**.
