Eram Talent, a leading talent acquisition company, is seeking a skilled RPA Architect/Developer to join our team. As an RPA Architect/Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robotic process automation solutions for our clients. Eram Talent works with clients in various industries, including finance, healthcare, logistics, and technology, to help automate and streamline their business processes.
**Responsibilities**:
- Design, develop, and implement robotic process automation solutions
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and understand business processes
- Identify automation opportunities and recommend RPA solutions
- Develop and maintain RPA scripts and workflows
- Conduct testing and debugging to ensure accuracy and efficiency of RPA solutions
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance of implemented RPA solutions
- Stay updated with the latest RPA tools and technologies
- Train and mentor junior RPA developers
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in robotic process automation
- Strong knowledge of RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
- Good Knowledge in AI Center, Action Center & Microsoft Power BI.
- Experience in analyzing and designing business processes for automation
- Strong programming skills in languages such as.NET, C#, or Java
- Experience with SQL and database management
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
