**Position **:Industrial Hygienist

**Location **:Jabal Sayid, Medina Province, Saudi Arabia

**Responsible for**:

- Develop, implement, and maintain the Jabal Sayid Industrial Hygiene program including monitoring, risk assessments, follow-up recommendations and controls on all of the recognized industrial hygiene hazards including physical, chemical, biological and ergonomics.
- Carry out routine/daily personal and area monitoring for industrial hygiene hazards.
- Maintain, calibrate and operate field and laboratory instruments designed to measure noise, heat, and illumination, ventilation, humidity and air contaminants in the general working environment.
- Observe employees being monitored and do assessments to identify potential industrial hygiene issues.
- Collect, maintain, and analyze data using various methods of inferential statistics
- Maintain records, develop reports, and engage stakeholders in all matters related to industrial hygiene with a strong directive to control occupational health hazards
- Review reports, historical data, sampling data and analytical results and prepare written reports of exposure details to site management and Health and Safety Committees.
- Properly prepare and ship samples to laboratories for analysis.
- Maintaining current knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation (Saudi Arabia).
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:
**Essential**:

- Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety and health or Chemical engineering
- Nebosh IG

**Desirable**:

- OHST

**Experience**:
**Essential**:

- Safety and health
- At least 5 years of experience

**Desirable**:

- He has experience in mining sector

**Competencies**:
**Essential**:
Fluent in English and Arabic
