**Job Purpose**:
To provide support to the project management team in ensuring that deliverables are submitted, and works are executed by the contractors as agreed in terms of quality, standards, materials, schedule and cost in order to meet RSG business objectives and requirements.

**Responsibilities**:
**Design**
- Assist in reviewing marine design submittals, comment and follow up with consultants to ensure designs align with stakeholders’ requirements and are technically and commercially acceptable and efficient.
- Provide support in ensuring the designs align with the masterplan design intent and offer advice on constructability of proposed designs.

**Construction**
- Monitor construction and engineering compliance of beach nourishment (sourcing and placing) and all other marine structures including but not limited to jetties, floating pontoons, swimming pools, tidal pools, coastal protection and boardwalks in marine environments.
- Assist in monitoring project progress, follow up with stakeholders on the completion or delay of project phases, schedule meetings and maintain project documents and reports.
- Provide support in ensuring that all works on site are adequately and safely planned, performed, directed and supervised by the contractor and subcontractors, and that work is executed as per drawings, specifications, plans and other contractual requirements.
- Provide support in ensuring that all the materials used and work executed are in line with the contract requirements.
- Assist in ensuring that all safety and environmental planning is in place and that necessary measures are taken to avoid any accidents or incidents.
- Coordinate with the project managers and other stakeholders to compile and store full project documentation throughout the project life cycle for ongoing and past projects using the appropriate tools.
- Provide support to the project management and reporting teams in accessing information on projects, gathering project data and preparing internal and external reports and presentations.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Coastal Engineering or Civil Engineering, Construction/Project Management or any related field
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in construction industry, specifically in varying marine projects. Preferably with a minimum of 5 years in the Middle East.
- Design of marine structures
- Marine beach construction experience
- Good communicator
- Computer skills including MS Office suite, CAD and P6 (programming by planning team)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Permanent

**Salary**: From ﷼15,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Middle East/GCC: 5 years (preferred)
