**Essential Technical**:_

- Recognized University degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
- A minimum 7 years’ experience with construction management, quality construction work
- Exposure to all disciplines of field construction works. Experience should be multi discipline and related to civil, mechanical, electrical installations, and building and infrastructure construction.
Proven skills on Microsoft Office (High Level Performance)

- Be creative in the development of courses
- Assist in the operation of the training center with approximately 10 staff and 300 - 500 trainees/month, including scheduling courses, allocation of resources, etc.
- Capable to prepare monthly status reports for responsible Managers.
**Preferred Technical**:

- Knowledge of the implementation of a training program to project delivery.
- Understanding of project scheduling and planning principles, and contract documents.
- Comprehensive understanding of Industry Standards, Specifications, Codes and Regulations
- Relevant Quality Management Systems including quality plan development, ; quality system elements such as document control, inspection and testing, control of nonconforming items and corrective actions, etc.
- Prior experience supervising and administering client-awarded contracts and subcontractors.
- Writing procedures and method statements and regular review for modifications and improvements.

**Detailed Job Description**
- Assist in the development of training procedures and project procedures programs.
- Conducts training on topics related construction management processes, procedures, and technical quality topics, to both RC Construction Department personnel and contractors.
- Performs and leads internal and external PBQ program, audits and surveillance, prepares reports, and performs follow-up verifications.
- Assist in preparing procedures required for implementing the project's quality program and updating guideline specifications.
- Works with 3rd Parties, Vendors, Suppliers and Internal/External Subject Matter Experts to prepare and offer training programs by them.
- Trains, mentors and provides on-the-job training to contractor’s key personnel.
- Helps in developing the look-ahead course curriculum.
- Assists in the operation of the Training Center, both in scheduling, resolving issues, etc.
- Provides advice and assistance to Contractors' regarding achievement of the Customer's quality objectives.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Construction Excellence Center Supervisor, PFE and MOC.
- Provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer to young Saudi Engineers.
