**Job Description** Role Purpose**

Quality manager is in charge of implementing the quality management systems on operational activities, ensures the homogeneity of practices across the region and adaptation to the referential and requirements. Besides, this role is responsible for operational excellence of projects, customer satisfaction, compliance with company requirements and continuous improvement.

**Key **Responsibilities & Accountabilities**
- Coordinate and ensure the operational implementation of the quality management systems
- Ensures, in accordance with the corporate guidelines, the implementation, updating, review and auditing of the company quality systems
- Monitors the effective implementation of appropriate quality system procedures
- Coordinate training programs for employees in order to continuously maintain an appropriate level of awareness, knowledge and preparedness across the organization.
- Assists the Commercial, Engineering and Operations Department in their dealings with Clients in all issues concerned with quality management system.
- Carries out quality audits on sub-contractors.
- Liaises between clients on quality related issues
- Monitors and analyses corrective actions statistics, identifying trends and suggesting improvement plans
- Prepares quality documentation for new tenders.
- Provides quality support and advice, including supervision on preparation of plans and procedures for initial contract start up activities.
- Adopts global policies, procedures, & performance requirements and define and set objectives & targets and monitor actual performance
- Verifies that activities are carried out in accordance with applicable standards, procedures and specifications and with customer and contract requirements
- Measures and monitors customer satisfaction
- Maintains specific qualifications and certifications
- Implements the monitoring plan (audits, visits, etc.) in accordance with the schedule
- Promotes a culture of excellence in quality
- Facilitates feedback and continuous improvement
- Oversees and implements organization’s data protection strategy and implementation by coordinating relevant stakeholders

**Qualifications** Qualifications**

MSc/BSc degree in Engineering

ISO 9001 & ISO14001 & ISO 45001 management systems knowledge

Internal & lead auditor certificates

**Experience**

10+ years of experience in Oil & Gas, PMC, EPC’s and/or an engineering company
