Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Performance Monitoring: Track and monitor the performance of field teams, instantly addressing and rectifying any discrepancies or violations observed.
- Daily and Periodic Reporting: Generate daily and periodic reports on observed violations, their resolutions, and overall team performance to the operations management.
- Compliance Checks: Ensure all work permits and team readiness before operations commence. Verify daily safety compliance across multiple checklists including safety team, daily field team, and occupational health and safety standards.
- Data Management and Preparation: Collect daily team data, store and organize it efficiently, and prepare team data for the next operational day.
- Violation Detection and Reporting: Identify any non-compliances or safety issues, alert relevant parties, and prepare detailed daily violation reports.

Daily Tasks:
Verify completion of work permits and team readiness.

Ensure the safety team model is adhered to.

Check compliance with the daily field team safety model.

Confirm occupational health and safety team standards are met.

Prepare and review daily report forms.

Monitor and alert on violations.

Create daily reports on violations.

Receive and store daily team data.

Prepare team data for the following day.

Work Hours:

- First Shift: 6 AM to 3 PM
- Second Shift: 3 PM to 11 PM

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in monitoring operations and compliance in field operations, preferably in construction or industrial settings.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to process and analyze data.
- Ability to respond swiftly and effectively to operational issues.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Proficient in the use of data management and reporting tools.
- Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English.
- Ability to work during one of the mentioned work hours.
- Flexibility to adjust work hours and holidays as required by business demands.
