**About AtkinsRéalis**

We are seeking a talented and creative **Interior Architect **to join an exciting project in** Madinah, KSA**.

**Design Management**
- Lead the design development process from concept to completion.
- review detailed drawings and specification documents for design projects.
- Manage work-in-progress (WIP) reports.
- Ensure all designers comply with the Design guidelines, local regulations and building codes.
- Review the cost for design projects.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the design team.
- Review work of junior staff members to ensure accuracy.

**Policies, Systems, Processes, and Procedures**
- Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

**Health, Safety, Security and Environment**

**Continuous Improvement**
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of the functional systems,
- processes and practices considering ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost
- reduction and productivity improvement

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 13 years experience as an Interior Design Architect or a similar role in GCC.
- Extensive experience in hospitality and branded residence projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent spatial planning and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to create detailed technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and a passion for design.
