**About the team**:
Careem BIKE (a Careem Vertical) is now in Madinah KSA - introducing the first public network of electric bicycles and scooters. We are excited to help improve quality of life and encourage healthier living in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Careem BIKE stations in Medina advance Saudi Arabia’s sustainability agenda which is being delivered through Vision 2030 and the Saudi Green Initiative. What you'll do:
The Bike Rebalancer team ensures bike availability at all of the stations in the assigned communities and promotes positive customer experiences. They should be passionate, efficient, and detail oriented. A Bike Rebalancer must be able to drive a trailer bike within the assigned communities. Must be willing to work in all weather conditions. In addition, a qualified Bike Rebalancer is expected to work independently, use a mobile device t o track and record information, and guarantee stations are safe and clean. They inspire customer confidence in the Careem BIKE network through direct interactions with system users while maintaining desirable levels of bike availability and station functionality.

Your Day to Day Activities May Include:

- Ensure the stations and bikes for cleanliness, safety, and operability.
- Carry out basic repetitive tasks such as cleaning parts, passing tools, preparing bikes for use, etc.
- Report identified repairs accurately for bike mechanics.
- Operate a Bike Trailer to move bikes around the network.
- Load/unload vehicles and trailers with bikes according to set SOPs.
- Timely report on duty as scheduled.
- Rebalance bikes to ensure even distribution across stations within the assigned area.
- Involvement in Station installation and relocation activities. (As & When)
- Work closely with Mechanics to ensure bikes are available and properly functioning.

**You are expected to**:

- Adhere to the Duty Plan and safety guidelines to meet the needs of the daily operations and special/additional events.
- Adherence and flexibility with duty roster/schedule whenever required.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Provide positive customer interactions in the field and assist with registration, renting, or returning of bikes.
- Timely acknowledgement of Customer complaints on slack and respond once completed.
- This position may require frequent or prolonged standing, sitting, bicycling, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 30 kgs.
- Follow safe work practices and help to create a safe working environment.
- Understanding and execution of instructions to ensure compliance with ops requirements.
- Keep track of, and take responsibility for assigned equipment.
- Highlight challenges or areas for improvement identified on the field.
- Consistent communication and coordination within the team.
- Strict compliance with KSA regulations.
- Must be able to use heavy tools such as Pallet Jack Trolleys and Power equipment.
