Our client, a player in FMCG industry is looking to hire a Replenishment Planner for their office based in Saudi Arabia.

**Responsibilities**:
Controlling the delivery of goods more efficient by determining which goods, in what quantities, and at what location are required to meet demand.

Minimize shortages and reduce the costs of ordering, transporting, and holding goods.

Plan and coordinate product distribution activities for each customer.

Controlling the stock on daily basis.

Create stock transfer order.

Coordinate with demand planning team for order compliance

Maintain distribution records and monitor pending shipments.

Track distribution orders.

Work with Materials department to determine shortages and excess of supplies of FG.

Coordinate with Material department to arrange supplies for distributions.

Analyze and resolve delivery issues on spot.

Provide assistances to warehouse, materials, IT and transportation teams when needed.

Review and recommend improvements to current product distribution parameters...

Develop continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, productivity, and customer services.

Coordinate with Manager to meet or exceed customer demands.

**Education**:
BS degree in logistics, supply chain management or business administration.

**Experience**:
3 - 6 years’ relevant experience in relevant functions (Deployments.)

FMCG Experience.

Experience in the KSA or GCC is Plus.

**Skills**:
Good command on Arabic and English language.

Ability to measure, analyses and controlling the problems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

**Job Location: Al Qassim, Saudi Arabia**

**Salary: Up to SAR 10000**

**Working Hours: 8**

**Weekly Off: 2 days**

**Contract Period: 1 year (renewable)**

**Air Tickets: Annual flight tickets to the origin country
