Currently, we are seeking a dynamic person to take on the role of IT Strategy & Governance Department Lead, based in Al Khobar.

Duties Responsibilities:

- Responsible to strategize and develop IT strategies, initiatives, and drive Innovation.
- Translate business strategy into Technology strategy & ensure that new capabilities required by the business are supported.
- Define, articulate, and communicate IT Strategy.
- Align the IT roadmap and IT organization’s strategies with business imperatives.
- Assess budgetary requirements and prepare the budget in alignment with strategic initiatives / objectives.
- Assess and ensure demand aligns with investment plans and IT Strategy.
- Prepare IT strategy & create IT Plan.
- Enables standardization of solution architectures across projects..
- Manage implementation of new IT solutions..
- Responsible for Mgmt. of IT Performance, Portfolio, Supplier, Finance, Talent, Quality.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, finance, accounting, computer science, economics, or business administration.
- A master’s degree in any of the above fields is preferred backed up with strong professional experience.. (Preferable).
- 10+ years of experience in Technology and diversified experience in materials management and related fields, with at least 5 years of leadership experience in large organization.

Additional knowledge and abilities:

- Excellent analytical ability to evaluate present systems and programs and to assist in the design of new ones.
- Strong knowledge of service development, delivery, operations, and relationship management.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Service orientation.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Understanding of scope of IT services.
- Strong strategic planning capabilities.
- Multi-task under pressure.
