The Business Development Manager - Automotive Financing and Insurance Relations will play a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing relationships with financial institutions, banks, and insurance companies. The primary focus of this role is to develop and tailor financing programs and car insurance products to meet the needs of our automotive buyer base.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Financial and Insurance Partnerships: Develop and manage strategic partnerships with banks, financing institutions, and insurance companies to create tailored programs and products for our automotive customers.
- Program Development: Work closely with partners to design, develop, and implement financing and insurance programs that cater to the unique requirements of our online customer base.
- Customer Base Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of our online automotive buyer segment to identify their financing and insurance needs, and align partnership programs accordingly.
- Negotiations: Lead negotiations with partners to secure advantageous terms, rates, and conditions that benefit both our customers and our company.
- Compliance and Regulation: Ensure that all partnership programs and insurance products comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Business Growth: Set ambitious growth targets for partnership programs and insurance products, and take proactive steps to achieve and exceed these targets.
- Market Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to guide program and product development.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and success of partnership programs and insurance products.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and marketing, to ensure successful program and product launches.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- [5] years of experience in business development and relationship management, with a proven track record of developing programs with financing institutions, banks, and insurance companies in the automotive sector.
- Strong understanding of automotive financing, banking, and insurance industry dynamics.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to analyze customer segments and develop tailored solutions.
- Proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling.
- Thorough knowledge of industry regulations and compliance.
