Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive marketing and advertising strategies that align with business goals and audience segmentation.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and performance metrics to fine-tune strategies.
- Manage and optimize the digital marketing landscape, covering SEO/SEM, social media campaigns, content marketing, and online ads.
- Spearhead the organization of events, property exhibitions, and open houses.
- Develop and execute lead generation campaigns to turn prospects into buyers.
- Oversee the creation and deployment of compelling marketing collateral such as brochures, online listings, videos, and advertisements.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with media outlets, agencies, and influencers.
- Mentor and lead a marketing team to ensure performance is aligned with corporate expectations.
- Effectively allocate marketing budgets to maximize resource utilization.
- Present regular performance reports to senior management, including insights on ROI, KPIs, and continuous improvement efforts.

**Requirements**:

- A valid sponsorship transfer and current residence in Saudi Arabia is required.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred).
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing and advertising, with at least 3 years in the real estate industry within Saudi Arabia or the GCC region.
- Strong command of digital marketing, branding, advertising, and content creation strategies.
- Solid leadership, communication, and project management capabilities.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
- In-depth knowledge of the Saudi real estate market, regulations, and consumer preferences.
