We are looking for a Delivery & Compliance Manager to join our expanding team in Saudi Arabia with a minimum of 12 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control, preferably in the construction or engineering consultancy or design sector. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional seeking a dynamic role within a growing and ambitious company with a unique service offering.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for Quality Assurance and Quality Control plans from design to delivery
- Responsible for HSE planning and control, supporting the PM Lead in Risk Assessment and management from planning to delivery to closeout
- Ensure that relevant permits and approvals are in place, throughout all the phases of the project
- Ensure that all standards in terms of processes, protocols and quality are applied throughout all the project phases, in coordination with each functional department
- Inspect and supervise site works in coordination with the relevant functional department to ensure that the project requirements, specifications and quality criteria are met
- Preparing and maintaining plans and reports
- Bachelors degree in relevant discipline
- 12 years of experience in Compliance & Assurance
- MS Office Suite
- High attention to details and accuracy under pressure
- Good time management skills - deadline driven
