Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories;
- Assists 3 rd party security by following procedures; attendance logbook; issuing visitor badges.
- Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions for house phone and console operation.
- Maintains facility consumables, admin / kitchen etc.
- Maintains facility documention and communicating with governmental agencies regarding irregularities and continuing needs.
- Assists in NOV and Governmental HSE requirements.
- Communicates with 3 rd party maintenance companies to maintain facility amenities.
- Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Assist in other admin related tasks as assigned
- Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.
