**Job Description | HR Specialist**

A leading industrial group located in the Riyadh region requires the following:
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Administrative activities**:Coordinating all administrative activities related to an organization's personnel.
- **Recruitment and Staffing**: Oversee the recruitment process, which includes job posting, interviewing, hiring decisions, and onboarding new employees.
- **Training and Development**: Implement training programs that align with the company’s strategic goals and enhance employee skills.
- **Performance Management**: Develop and manage performance appraisal systems that drive high performance and include employee evaluation and feedback.
- **Compensation and Benefits**: Design and manage compensation structures that are competitive and fair. Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws.
- **Employee Relations**: Manage employee relations and address grievances to foster a supportive workplace environment.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure all HR policies and practices comply with Saudi labor laws and regulations.

**Qualification and Experience**:

- Bachelors in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- A minimum of 10 years of KSA or Middle East experience in the same position.
- Proficiency in working on the Government’s websites such as the Ministry of Labor’s platforms and related platforms.

**Skills**:

- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, fluent in both verbal and written in Arabic and English.

Saudi nationals are preferable.
