- Effectiveness of the Vendor Quality Management System through the Pre-qualification process of the Vendors and Inspection requirements.
- Review and approval of the Vendor Pre-qualification Documents received by the Contractors for the approval process of the manufacturers.
- Verification and assigning Inspection Categories to the contractor’s proposed material as per NEOM’s critical materials list.
- Review and approval of Vendor Quality Assessment and Technical Evaluation reports for contractor’s proposed unapproved sources
- Interviewing and approval of contractors proposed PQCS for the projects with critical materials for the fulfilment of Vendor Quality Management requirements.
- Assigning Vendor Inspectors on Critical materials for NEOM Direct Purchase Orders and Contractor’s supplied critical materials.
- Review and approval of Inspection Assignment Package including Vendor ITP.
- Approval of Contractor’s proposed Third-party Inspectors
- Attending Pre-inspection meetings and finalizing Vendor ITP
- Review of Vendor Inspection Reports, Inspection Release certificates, and inspection records
- Review of Schedule Q weekly deliverables
- Review and approval of Inspection Disposition Reports
- Issuance of NCR for vendor activities for any non-compliance
- Review and verification of the corrective actions proposed by the Contractor and sign off the NCRs and INCRs related to Vendor activities.

**Qualifications**
- Relevant university degree or equivalent with 7 years of inspection experience, or a college diploma with 10 years of inspection experience with a minimum of (3) years directly relating to supervision of vendor inspection activities in the Contract Scope of work (e.g., building construction projects, utilities, and infrastructure)

**Additional Information**
- Knowledge of manufacturing, material, equipment and product requirements in area of his specialty
- Knowledge of QA/QC standards
- Knowledge of design, construction regulation and requirements in KSA
- Saudi Nationals are prefered for this position.
