**Expectations**:
The Development Analyst will support the Marine Jetty Development project team by providing analytical insights, conducting ad-hoc research, and assisting in the planning and execution of various project development initiatives. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and a foundational understanding of project development processes.

**Approach**:

- Conduct ad-hoc research and analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning for the marine jetty development project, as and when required.
- Contribute to the review, preparation and finalization of financial models, feasibility studies, and risk assessments to assess project viability and inform investment decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and analyse data related to project milestones, timelines, and budget.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Monitor project progress and performance indicators, identifying trends and potential areas for improvement.
- Support stakeholder engagement activities and maintain communication channels to ensure alignment with project goals.

**Desired Performance Outcomes**:

- Timely and accurate delivery of analytical insights, contributions and research findings to support development decision-making.
- Contribution to the development, review, storage, amendment and implementation of project plans and documentation.
- Contribution to stakeholders engagement and relationship management.
- Effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders to achieve project milestones and objectives.

**Experience and Skills Required**:

- Degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in project development or in a construction or energy-related environment.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in excel modelling, data analysis and/or project management being an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project management software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Previous experience in LNG or in marine infrastructure will be an advantage.
