Responsibilities:

- Managing and maintaining company IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and security systems.
- Installing and configuring software and hardware components.
- Providing technical support to end-users and resolving IT issues in a timely manner.
- Implementing and enforcing IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance.
- Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Collaborating with IT teams to design and implement IT solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Managing user accounts and permissions across various platforms.
- Conducting regular backup and recovery procedures to protect data integrity.
- Keeping abreast of latest technology trends and recommending upgrades or new software/hardware solutions.
- Documenting IT processes, procedures, and system configurations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven work experience as an IT Administrator or similar role for 3-5 years.
- Strong knowledge of network security and data protection.
- Proficiency in operating systems, such as Windows and Linux.
- Experience with virtualization technologies and cloud computing.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
