**Purchasing Officer ( Located in Saudi Arabia)**

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated **Purchasing Officer** to join our team. with a proven track record in the restaurant or food industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for sourcing and purchasing food and restaurant supplies.
- Managing vendor relationships and negotiating pricing and contracts.
- Ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Monitoring inventory levels and ordering stock as needed.
- Maintaining accurate records of purchases and inventory.
- Collaborating with the restaurant management to ensure supply chain efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- currently residing in Saudi Arabia.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing within the restaurant or food industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vendors and suppliers.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain systems.
