**Experience Level: 8+ Years**

Should own Siebel CRM architecture and make sure all designs and development is done according to Siebel design and development best practices.
- Should have worked as a Siebel SME in 3-5 projects in design & development, implementation involving Customer Management, Order Management, Pricing & Product Modeling preferably in Telco Industry.
- Experienced in Requirements, Configuration, Product Walkthrough - Should participate in Solution Governance, Architecture, Designing & Estimating large scale CRM solution in Siebel in Telecom space
- Should have design and development experience in Customer Management, Siebel Order Management, Pricing & Product Modeling in Telco Industry.
Should have excellent knowledge/experience on ABO processes, Signals, Variable Maps, DVM, RSTT, Constraints, Eligibility & Compatibility, Attribute Adjustments, Volume & Tier Discounts, Contracts, Entitlements, Customizable Products, Promotions & Promotion Groups
Should be well versed in Configuration, Scripting, Workflows, EAI and EIM in Siebel.
- Should have good knowledge on other Siebel modules such as Trouble Tickets, Marketing Management, Lead Management, Field Service Management etc.
- Should have worked as a Solution Architect for a minimum of 3 large Projects preferably in Telecom Industry.
- Must have good experience in performing Siebel Configuration, Siebel System Administration, Workflows, EAI etc.
- Must be proficient in Siebel Order Management, Siebel Product Configuration and Pricing concepts.
