Odoo Consultant

Awtad is a leading property developer in the real estate industry and we are currently seeking an Odoo Consultant to join our team. As an Odoo Consultant at Awtad, you will be responsible for implementing and customizing the Odoo ERP system to meet our business needs. You will work closely with our team to understand their requirements and provide expert advice on how to best leverage Odoo to optimize our business processes.

As an Odoo Consultant, you will play a key role in helping us achieve this mission by utilizing your technical expertise and business acumen to design and configure scalable Odoo solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with our team to analyze their business requirements and identify areas where Odoo can add value.
- Design and configure Odoo modules to meet our specific needs.
- Customize and extend Odoo functionalities through development and implementation of custom modules.
- Provide training and support on how to effectively utilize the Odoo system.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Odoo features and functionalities and provide recommendations for process improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience in implementing and customizing Odoo ERP system
- Strong knowledge of Python and JavaScript
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL database
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
