**Position Objectives**:
Act as a senior consultant for a large govt organization, which has a huge number of needs and various IT Products and service providers to achieve ever-changing business objectives and requirements. He will report to the Director of Enterprise Architecture.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Provide leadership in IT infrastructure Capacity Management to endure the requirements/
Ensure the IT Infrastructure capacity is enhanced and agrees with the developing agreed demands of the business.
Responsible for capacity evaluation and reporting, which reflects the current and future needs of the business. Predict future requirements based on business plans, usage trends, and sizing new services.
Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities.
To aid and direction to all the other areas of the business and IT on capacity and performance-related issues.
To ensure that service performance meets or exceeds agreed targets, by ensuring enough capacity and an appropriate level of monitoring of the system performance are set.
Tactical planning of modifications to the capacity plan and the performance and capacity of the services.
Perform capacity impact of the new services.
To ensure that proactive measures to improve the performance of services are implemented whenever it is cost-justifiable to do so.
Manage incoming demand for capacity models.
Develop effective forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns.
Propose and implement solutions to improve estimations to management.
Successfully communicate forecast and inventory estimations to management
Monitor and report on important changes in forecasts, budgets, and business Strategies.

**Required qualifications and skills**:
Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science or information technology.
Minimum 10 years of experience in IT of which at least 5 years in the job role of Capacity and Demand Management.
Certification in Enterprise Risk Management is mandatory.
Good knowledge and understanding of various IT platforms and technologies.
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong experience in developing strategic roadmaps, reporting and performing analytics.
Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint along with intermediate knowledge in data analysis using MS Power BI will be a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Fluent Arabic skills will be a plus along with currently residing in KSA with transferable iqama.
