**Overview of the Department**:

- The objective is to work with the various functions (Supply, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Intellectual Property, Operations & Marketing) to develop timelines for each product to align on priorities and manage, resolve conflicts, escalate issues as needed to accelerate the development and registration timeline of new products
