Data Center Technician

**Position: Data Center Technician - Cabling**

**Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia**

**Duration: Project is allocated for 5 Years with Yearly Renewable Contract**

**Responsibilities**:

- Install and maintain network devices, servers and storage systems including fiber and UTP cables, IP phones, and PDU racks.
- Troubleshoot issues with hardware and software, including fiber splicing and fluke testing.
- Assist with vendor installations and conduct physical rack inventories.
- Work on L1 and maintain DCIM devices, including the operation of DCIM software.
- Plan, design and install fiber and UTP cables for new network projects and assist with configurations.
- Conduct OTDR testing, fiber patch cord installation, and termination of UTP cables.
- Configure basic CCTV cameras and maintain network hardware.
- Create daily reports on Excel sheets and handle computer hardware and software problems.
- Install Windows 8, Windows XP and other software packages.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma of Associate Engineer in Computer Information Technology with a specialization in networking

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: ﷼4,000.00 - ﷼7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
