**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Perform receiving inspections on components and parts.
- Prepare inspection reports/checklist and maintain files of inspection documents.
- Review inspection and testing records received for compliance.
- Prepare and coordinate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for nonconforming parts.
- Review and verify documentation from vendors (MTC, MRB, COC, PL. etc)
- Review and verify MTC’s chemical and mechanical requirements as per applicable standard.
- Perform dimensional inspection of the parts using various measuring tools.
- Able to use measurement tools such as Micrometer, Vernier caliper, Ultrasonic thickness gauge and other inspection tools.
- Maintain and monitor calibration of inspection and measuring tools and instruments.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including overtime, as required.
- Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
- Comply with ARM QMS and HSE policies and procedures.

**Function/ Purpose**:

- Perform a wide verity of inspection and quality control operations in visual, dimensional, reviewing of documentation, and making necessary critical observations and completing appropriate documentation as required.

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- Knowledge in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, material specifications, and requirements.
- Possess knowledge of precision measuring tools and instruments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn different software programs.

**Qualification, knowledge, and experience**:

- Minimum high School diploma or equivalent.
- 3 years minimum of Inspection experience.
- Knowledge of raw material specification and grades.
- Experienced with quality documentation.

**Key competencies/ skills**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn different software programs.
- Effective verbal and non-verbal communication skills in English.
- Organized, detailed and accurate in work assignments.
