Flight Dispatcher

**Job Purpose**:
Coordinating and organizing all tasks that related to Dispatch in order to achieve management objectives.

**General Accountabilities**:

- Dispatch all Royal flights in accordance with GACAR 125, OM and Operations Specifications of company procedures, planning and releasing flights based on the most safe and economical routes. Also, ensure that the above -mentioned are not in conflict with the local rules and regulations related to route, destination and alternates.
- Provide PIC with up to date information on route and stations operated on/to (e.g.: Notams, Navaids, weather conditions and alternates)
- Obtain computerized flight plans, Notams (including information as flight path information, overfly permission, airspace levels, Navaids, information on destination airports and all other information areas covered by Jeppessen or approved sources.
- Calculate required fuel loads, and other aspects of performance, which are governed by aircraft capabilities, airport facilities, operating conditions, e.g.: takeoff/landing weights and temperature.
- Maintain contact with flight, relaying any problems to concerned departments, feeding up to date operational information to PIC.
- Maintain an up to date awareness of all equipment manuals, flight operations policies, lATA manuals, FAA regulations etc. and ensure that PIC is informed of any relevant updates/changes.

**Required qualifications**:
Bachelor / Master Degree in Administration (Business/Public) or any other related major.

**GACA Requirements**:Valid GACA License as Aircraft Dispatcher.

**Languages**:Intermediate Level of English

**Required English Test**:

- Standardized Test for English Proficiency (STEP) by QIYAS.
- Other English Tests will not be accepted.
