**Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:

- Conduct analysis to address critical business issues and generate insights about client and industry business performance improvement.
- To support in the delivery of key workstreams related to platform design, operating models design, business / digital strategy development, and business cases for government agencies including national digital value realization and impact, digital architecture design, and others.
- Support design of business and technology strategy solutions to be presented to C-level clients.
- Work with multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Overall, 5 years’ experience with at least 3 years of relevant industry, functional and/or strategy experience.
- Public Sector experience including one or more of: Education, Social services, Citizen Services, Administrative Services, Health, Customer and Border Protection, Policing, Investments, and Development.
- Experience in other sectors such as Not for Profit, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Telecom, is also welcome.
- Experience in operating model design, strategy formulation, digital transformation, Beneficiary experience, impact assessment, monitoring and evaluation.
- Arabic Speaker preferred

- Outstanding academic track record with continued interest in learning and growing professionally.
- A high degree of quantitative skills to develop financial or operational models and conduct data analysis.
- Strong analytical skills, understands complex issues, quickly absorbs information, excels in conceptual and creative problem solving.
- Digitally savvy; curious and passionate about technology, understands its impact on business and society.
- Driven; enjoys a challenge, proven ability to adapt and remove obstacles to achieve results, determined and optimistic.
