Nail Technicians

We are looking for Nail Technicians to provide nail care treatments to our clients based on their needs and preferences. Male and Female required for a 5 star spa and salon in Jeddah, KSA.

**Overview**

The Main role of the Spa Nail Technician is To be responsible for providing professional nail, hand and foot treatments in accordance with established procedures and standards; must possess a thorough knowledge of the nails, including a basic knowledge of hand and foot massage techniques. The Ability to provide classic manicure & pedicure, foot massage, preferably in spa manicure & spa pedicure. The incumbent also contributes to the revenues of the cost center through active selling of the retail products available. To be the link between the members and the spa; to oversee the client’s needs during his visit and provides personal service in assisting the spa needs of the guest. To be responsible for gathering preferences and information so the members recognition is ensured for his next spa visit; to be responsible for maintaining high standards of the facility when fulfilling his/her duties; to keep a critical eye on spa cleanliness and have a thorough knowledge on the functioning of spa features, equipment and therapies.

Administrative Duties:

- Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures Manual.
- Maintain training logs.
- Communicate to management all occurrences involving staff or clients in the spa that require attention.
- Support to maintain inventory of supplies for the operation of the spa areas.
- Maintain accurate records as required by CORE Investments and government regulations. Attend daily/weekly/monthly departmental communication meetings.
- Maintain daily checklists.

Health & Safety:

- Follow and ensure that associates follow all safety procedures and practices.
- Adhere to departmental emergency procedures/safety manual.
- Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spa’s policies and procedures.
- Maintain all company equipment and personal equipment in safe and working order.

**Experiences & Qualifications**
- High school graduate.
- Current state manicurist or cosmetologist license, or certification for an accredited school.
- Nail’s art and nail gel.
- To specialize in nail artistry including painting, polishing of fingernails and toenails. Technicians also perform nail grooming, including nail cleaning & cutting.
- Minimum 2-3 years previous experience as nails technicians in a professional nail’s studio/salon.
- Good English language skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of cosmetology trends and skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Must be a team player.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, Highly responsible & reliable.
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous.
