Under general supervision, creates individual plans for work requests placed on the maintenance department, using all available functionality in the SAP PM module in a timely manner. Effectively schedules work in line with the demands of the business in order to meet KPI targets. Organizes repair, preventative, predictive, and outsourced maintenance activities on Halliburton plants and equipment, including scheduling equipment into the IEM workshop for maintenance activities. Responsible for estimating productive hours, scheduling shop activities and equipment, planning materials and resource allocation, and any other aspects related to job execution. Documents mainteance procedures that promote quality, defect free, economical maintenance work, and sustains documented procedures as necessary. Communicates with internal customers, business lines, PM&L, and Maintenance Leads to ensure planning activities are prioritized in line with business demands. Promotes and takes an active part in the quality improvement process. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance planning or maintenance delivery. Certification as a qualified Mechanical or Electronic Technician is preferred.
