**Description**:
**CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB**:
To Co-ordinate all Quality (under the guidance of the SQAM/DQAM: Poultry) related aspects in the Poultry Operations to assist the Quality team within the Plant to effectively manage all aspects of Quality.

**ACADEMIC / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION ESSENTIAL**:
Bachelor Degree in Food Services and other related disciplines.

NON ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION

**ESSENTIAL**:
Excellent written and spoken of English. Qualified in Quality, Quality Systems and Quality Audits. Conversant with best practice Quality standards such as outlined by APD and ISO 22000:2005

**DESIRABLE**:
Basic written and spoken of Arabic. Familiar with Quality legislation and systems. Highly motivated and positive outlook.

**PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE**:
**ESSENTIAL**:
1. Minimum of 2-year experience in a Quality role within a Meat Processing Plant (preferably poultry) Experienced in supervisory level. Good working knowledge of Quality standards, systems and audits. Communicating effectively with a multinational workforce.

**DESIRABLE**:
Minimum of 4 years experience in a Quality role within a Meat Processing Plant 2. Experience in Quality role within a Poultry Processing Plant

**COMPETENCIES**:
**Technical**: Good operational knowledge of Meat Processing & Animal Health. Good operational knowledge of Quality Systems and audits. Good Knowledge Legislative compliance and relevant aspects.
