The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has prepared a 2030 Vision to develop a vibrant society, a thriving economy and an ambitious nation. National Water Company has commissioned Jacobs to develop an integrated water and wastewater plan for the largest region of Makkah. Multiple opportunities exist to get involved in this project.

As a Project Director you will be the team leader and the primary point of contact for NWC (the client) / Water Distribution Sectors and his entire water sector team. You will be responsible for:

- Managing the team and overall responsibility for the timely submission of project deliverables in accordance with the project QA/QC plan and work plan.
- Delivering the Master planning projects of water, sewerage and TSE infrastructure for medium to large cities
- Team management of medium to large sized teams
- Project delivery in accordance with the project QA/QC plan and within the deadlines/schedules.
- Preparing Project Management Plan and ensuring compliance
- Preparing Progress Reports
- Preparing Minutes of Meeting, Technical Memoranda, Questionnaires and Presentations

**Here’s What You’ll Need**:

- Have a minimum of 20 years of experience in delivery of water/wastewater projects with a minimum of 10 years of them in supervisory roles managing teams of ten or more professionals
- Have a proven track record of delivering projects successfully
- Be happy to reside in Riyadh, KSA
- Have 10 years international experience in the water/wastewater industry
- Have previous experience in delivering master plans
- Hold an engineering related degree from a recognized university.
