**Your Profile**
- 5-8 years of professional experience in a technical environment (Preferably from large Gas turbine, Steam Turbine and (or) Generator and associated equipment)
- Knowledge and Experience with execution of project management activities associated with commissioning experience and (or) experience of power plant equipment maintenance activities.
- Proficient in the use of MS Project or other Project Management software
- Must have fluency in English and is capable to communicate with our Global Operations community.
- Global mindset. Strong intercultural sensitivity and ability to work with teams and stakeholders around the globe.
- Ability to work independently in a multicultural environment and demonstrate ownership of tasks.
- Positive can-do attitude and ability to work in an environment with competing demands which requires prioritization of activities.
- This position is office based with occasional travel to customers sites for meetings, sales technical supports, outage coordination activities and deployment to site with FS team.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Responsible in estimating, quoting, planning, scheduling, and executing Field Service activities in relation to outages on Rotating Equipment that we service. This can include Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines and Generator equipment.
- Responsible to review the contracted scope (Long Term Program and (or) transactional business) and related other technical / contractual documentation to identify the required resources for a successful implementation of gas turbine / steam turbine / generator and associated outage activities.
- Working with project team / engineering team / customer etc., to identity the required additional scope and includes in the resource planning.
- To prepare the required RFQs with a detailed scope of work expected from the sub-vendor.
- Work with Supply Chain Management (SCM) team to identify and qualify the required sub vendor resources as per Siemens Energy guidelines.
- Coordinate with resource management team while planning and executing outage activities.
- Develop an outage plan in a logical sequence, identifying and schedules resources as required to meet outage constraints including critical path analysis.
- Responsible to attend customer meetings to discuss and present outage scope of work, including proposals associated with optional scopes.
- Supporting the onsite project/FS team while outage implementation and providing necessary technical support from back office. Wherever needed providing the support for evaluating additional scope of works during the outage implementation.
- Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
- Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
- Support SCM for development of sub-contractor resources including establishment of Frame Agreements and evaluation of sub-contractor performance based on site feedback & lessons learned.
- Working with Sales & Marketing team for reviewing tenders / any other request (e.g Mods & Upgrades), providing resource plans for estimation & offer preparation towards end customers. Supporting the bid management team with required technical documentation for the end customer offers.
- Planning support will be provided for outages occurring in KSA and supporting activities elsewhere in the Region Middle East.
- Together with commercial manager to monitor and control the financial KPI of assigned contracts.
