In order to reinforce the Flight Operation team in Saudi Arabia we are currently recruiting for an

**QUALITY & SAFETY MANAGER**

Monitoring the JASA Quality Management System so that it is properly established, documented, implemented, and maintained, including assuring compliance with GACARs, foreign regulatory agencies, and International Civil Aviation organization rules.

Description/Tasks:

- Directing and assuring that safety and quality audit processes are established and implemented;
- Validating that operational departments are in compliance with regulatory requirements and in conformance with internal operating policies and procedures;
- The certification and oversight of all suppliers;
- Directing the data collection, database management, and analysis of audit results to identify safety, quality, and security trends and issues and provide recommendations to improve performance;
- Interface with regulatory agencies for non-compliance issues;
- Investigation of regulatory compliance issues;
- Recommending quality performance metrics to operational managers;
- Establishing and maintaining an auditor selection and training program that meets industry standards;
- Establishing an audit schedule for periodic recurring and targeted audits based on risk prioritization.
- Ensuring that summary information from the QA program are disseminated to both management and non-management operational personnel.
- The performance of the QA program in terms of system and process design and development of auditing and risk assessment procedures; and,
- Ensuring communication and coordination with department managers in the overall management of operational risks.

Qualification/Experience:

- Certification as a Pilot, Mechanic, or Flight Dispatcher preferred.
- Certification as a quality auditor through formal industry recognized lead auditor training required.
- Demonstrated knowledge in the areas of system design, process mapping, root cause analysis; human factors; project management, ISO 9001:2008, and Safety Management System required;
- Demonstrated knowledge of aviation regulations required;
- Demonstrated knowledge of quality and auditing procedures required; and,
- Two years of management experience with a business, passenger, cargo, or regional operator required.
