**Primary Duties in Warehouse Management System (WMS) Administration**:

- **System Management**: Oversee the daily operations of the WMS to ensure optimal performance and address any system-related issues promptly.
- **User Support and Training**: Provide expert guidance and training to system users, resolving technical queries and enhancing system utilization.
- **Process Improvement**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system improvements and drive initiatives that enhance workflow efficiency and accuracy.
- **Data Integrity**: Maintain high standards of data integrity within the WMS, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all system records.
- **Technical Troubleshooting**: Proactively troubleshoot and resolve system issues, liaising with IT support and vendors as necessary.
