**Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert makeup consultations and demonstrations to customers.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team sales goals.
- Build long-term relationships with customers, ensuring a personalized and exceptional shopping experience.
- Stay informed about product updates, trends, and makeup techniques.

Maintain and organize product displays to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide top-tier customer service, resolving concerns and inquiries with professionalism.
- Collaborate with the team to create a positive, energetic work atmosphere.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, particularly in the cosmetics or beauty industry.
- Strong knowledge of makeup products, trends, and techniques.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to meet or exceed sales targets and work under pressure.
- Passionate about makeup and beauty products.
- Fluent in Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

**Compensation**:

**المسؤوليات الوظيفية**:

- تقديم استشارات وعروض مكياج مخصصة للعملاء.
- تحقيق أهداف المبيعات الفردية والمساهمة في تحقيق أهداف المبيعات الجماعية.
- بناء علاقات طويلة الأمد مع العملاء وتقديم تجربة تسوق استثنائية.
- متابعة آخر المستجدات حول المنتجات، والاتجاهات، وتقنيات المكياج.
- الحفاظ على تنظيم العروض في المتجر وضمان بيئة عرض جذابة.
- معالجة المعاملات بشكل دقيق وفعال.
- تقديم خدمة عملاء ممتازة ومعالجة الشكاوى والاستفسارات باحترافية.
- التعاون مع الفريق لخلق بيئة عمل إيجابية وحيوية.

**المتطلبات**:

- خبرة سابقة في المبيعات، ويفضل في صناعة مستحضرات التجميل أو الجمال.
- معرفة قوية بمنتجات المكياج، والاتجاهات، والتقنيات.
- مهارات تواصل وخدمة عملاء ممتازة.
- القدرة على تحقيق أهداف المبيعات أو تجاوزها والعمل تحت الضغط.
- شغف بمستحضرات التجميل والمنتجات الجمالية.
- إجادة اللغة العربية، مع مهارات لغوية إضافية تعتبر ميزة.
- القدرة على العمل في مواعيد مرنة، بما في ذلك عطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات الرسمية.
