- Experience in ServiceNow Solution Architecture.
- Experience in ServiceNow Implementation Specialization Certifications in Discovery, Service Mapping and Event Management.
- Experience in IT Service Management.
- Ability to handle solution architecture delivery.

**Qualifications**
- 10+ years of experience is required.
- Bachelors in computer science or any relevant filed, Masters is a plus.
- Extensive Hands-on Experience 0f 5+ Years in ServiceNow is required.
- Extensive experience in ITSM, Discovery, Service Mapping and Event Management.
- Experience in ServiceNow Solution Architect as a Delivery Lead.
- Delivered 5+ ServiceNow Projects and at least 3+ implementations of discovery, service mapping and event management.
- Has developed ServiceNow Experience as solution architect.
- Posses very strong communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English and preferably Arabic as well.
