**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, implement, and continuously improve IT governance frameworks
- Lead risk assessments and ensure compliance with standards
- Develop and oversee performance reporting metrics to support executive decision-making using tools like Power BI and Excel.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on IT governance, risk, and compliance matters.
- Provide strategic recommendations to mitigate risks and enhance IT operational efficiency.
- Train and mentor junior team members on IT governance and compliance practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT objectives with business goals.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in IT governance and compliance to ensure best practices are applied.

**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in IT governance, risk, compliance, or performance reporting roles
- Demonstrated expertise in enterprise performance management and IT risk management frameworks.

**Technical Skills**:

- Advanced proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel).
- In-depth knowledge of IT governance standards.
- Comprehensive understanding of risk and compliance frameworks.

**Soft Skills**:

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex information clearly and effectively.
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Relevant certifications such as COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001, or equivalent.
- Experience in a senior consulting or advisory role within a government organization.
