**Your Impact**
The Senior Collector role is based on out Saudi and reports to Associate Regional Sales Manager and will be responsible for working with high volume doctors and accountants to collect dues, overdues and escalated aging invoices and resolve complex cases.

**What You'll Do**
- Reviews account information from Zoho accounting system to discuss account conditions with payor sources.
- Visits and calls the customers to obtain payment arrangements on outstanding accounts.
- Monitors delinquent accounts and escalates follow up activity as appropriate.
- Reviews account information to determine accuracy of contractual adjustments to account balances.
- Be the main contact point between the finance team in the head office and clients on the ground
- Refers accounts to finance departments for necessary actions to be taken (i.e., financial class changes, balance transfers, send invoices, etc.).
- Answers inquiries from paying parties regarding account condition, payment arrangements, etc.
- Recommends Bad Debt write off of account balances as appropriate.

**What To Bring**
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- Excellent follow up and communication skills.
- Minimum of 5 years of collection experience within the dental industry in KSA.
