**What do we expect from you?**

As part of your journey, you will have to build effective planning by ensuring the implementation of VM and zoning strategy & guidelines (general, seasonal & product launches) to maximize creation exposure and visibility in a boutique while supporting sales.

You will support and ensure the alignment of the Commercial & Marketing objectives to optimize the planification of displays.

On another hand, you will have to implement the VM transmission by supporting the VM manager in upgrading VM implementation & PLV execution in KSA and by tactically leveraging the VM Community (training, workshops, incentives, etc.). You will coach boutique teams during boutique visits.

Also, you will be the animator of the KSA VM Community and you will help to maintain the VM community by identifying, assessing/re-assessing VM ambassadors across KSA as per defined JD, objectives, and KPIs in alignment with the Commercial team.

You will support the engagement and development of VM ambassadors through proactive sharing of broader information, regular on-site training and coaching, best practice sharing, and an active reward system. You will be the main instant guide via digital tools (VM WhatsApp groups, zoom, Yoobic platform).

You will assist and stimulate creativity and a sense of belonging via seminars, turning the VM ambassadors into autonomous and proactive actors.

As part of the Events VM activity, you will work closely with all departments to align on objectives for assigned projects and support the planogram preparation, implementation, and maintenance of the display throughout the event.

We also expect you to plan and verify Visual Communication tools for assigned in-boutique projects (Iconography (when required), movies, Editions display for Boutiques).

You will work with the event team on the planning and implementation of the Visual Content for assigned events.

You will verify the availability of POSM in the Boutique, place orders, and follow up on production when necessary.

This role will also include weekly reviews with the VM Manager, monthly alignment meetings with the Product Marketing, Supply, and Commercial teams for assigned projects, maintaining awareness of competitors, help building quarterly reports, post-activation reports (VM section), or VM reports (when required) for assigned projects.

You will also have to oversee the budget monitoring follow-ups max 1 month after each assigned project.

You will be the Ambassador of Maison at all levels
