- Job Details- Job Title- NOC Planner- Grade- 6- Sector- Operations- Job Code- Department- Operation Control Center - Flynas- Version / Issue Date- Job Purpose- NOC Planner supports the Line Manager in all aspects of pre-flight operations and daily flight operations to ensure schedule integrity, and provides key disruption management inputs to the NOC team.- Reporting Lines- Direct Reports To:

- Key Responsibilities- Functional- N/A- Operational- _Continually monitor and take proactive actions to avoid or minimize disruptions to flight schedules within the NOC operations window:

- Ensure a safe and secure operation.
- Responsible to provide and implement solutions to deliver brand continuity and protection, while promoting the most advantageous economic outcome.
- Manage and validate assign aircraft tail to the schedule routes i.e aircraft profile vs routes
- Incorporate the Monthly Aircraft schedule Maintenance to AIMS, but not limited to Daily, Weekly MX schedule.
- Assess and provide feedback on Aircraft Availability for Charter/ADHOC, additional flight request
- Coordinate between Commercial NWS and Flt Ops CSP on schedule adjustment requirement

- Continually monitor and take proactive actions to avoid or minimize disruptions to flight schedules during DOPS, window + 72Hrs.
- Ensure a safe and secure operation.

- b.Maintain continual and open communications with GOPS/Station reps
- c.Maintain AIMS up to date on actual data’s including the amount of delays & reason if any
- d.Communicate with Flight Watch any details that may impact the running flight schedule
- e.Consult with MCC regarding fleet limitations and planned maintenance events prior to tail allocation
- f.Clear communication channel with Crewing Officers regarding any changes to duty times through operational disruption;
- g.Prepare a daily handover, maintain daily operations log
