**Role Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and monitor sterile manufacturing process.(Includes Compounding, CIP/ SIP system, Autoclave and Sterile Filtration Process.
- Follow and implement the standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure the production of high-quality pharmaceutical products.
- Conduct routine process evaluation and provide input for the operational excellence.
- Implementation and compliance of cGMP to maintain the quality of product and pristine condition of the sterile area
- Provided input and ensuring the smooth execution of weekly plan in sterile manufacturing area.
- Involve and ensure in the preparation and setup equipment for sterile manufacturing and filling processes.
- Receiving and transfer of Raw material as per the process flow.
- Manufacturing and supervise the activities related the Sterile Manufacturing.
- Monitor the cleaning, sanitization and sterilization of the process and the area.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all procedures.
- Ensure routine maintenance and calibration of equipment.
- Adhere to all safety standards and reporting of incidents.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform routine quality control checks to ensure products meet established specifications.
- Document and report any deviations from standard procedures.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to implement corrective actions.
- Participates in the validation program and aseptic simulation process.
- Adhere to cGMP regulations and other relevant industry standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, guidelines, and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Highly motivated with 5-6 years of experience in pharma environment (Sterile Manufacturing)
- Bachelor’s in pharmacy or equivalent technical degree.
- Proven experience in sterile manufacturing and filling operations, in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of aseptic techniques and clean-room procedures.
- Familiarity with cGMP regulations and quality control processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- SAP system understanding is preferred.
- Computer skills with good understanding in the MS-Word, EXCEL, and Power Point Presentation.
