Under the leadership of HCPE&R (Healthcare Professional Education & Relations Manager), for CEMA (Central Eastern Europe, Middle East, Africa), you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of the training and educational activities in all fields related to Cardiac Surgery technology.

You will learn to plan, build, organize training events from logistics to execution and to partner with our customers in their curriculum, track their progress and measure the impact. On the top you will learn about the online platform to disseminate the training calendar within the marketing and sales force as well support in making sure that everyone in the core team has one messaging across CEMA.

**A Day in the Life**
- Assisting with the development, monitoring, coordination, and implementation of projects.
- Assisting with working with teams operating within a service group, or product group and/ or project group.
- Providing quantitative and qualitative analysis, industry research, reporting and internal communication services with team members.
- Investigating and communicating potential opportunities for process improvement as well as potential project initiatives.
- Working with different departments including sales, marketing, and business development to develop knowledge of industry and organizational processes. other duties may be assigned.

**Must Haves**
- Pursuing a degree in higher education in the final year of studies
- Customer focus
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, SharePoint) Languages: English

**Nice to Haves**
- Paramedical or Medical knowledge
- Taken university courses in human anatomy Event management support experience

**Internship Details**
- Start date: August/September
- Work model: hybrid
- Full time - 40 hours per week
- Duration: 6 months Based in: Riyadh
