Ensuring that the treatment rooms are clean and organized. - Be responsible for all aspects of health and safety and compliance. - Maintains the strictest confidentiality and performs all duties in a professional manner. - Assists in the implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and systems for all operational areas of the clinic. - Enforcing all health and safety regulations and protocols. - Work collaboratively with different team members of Skin Laundry. - Flexible work schedule: some evenings and weekends will be required. - Support Client Coordinators and the Front of House team with administrative responsibilities as required by the Business. - Any other duties and responsibilities that the Regional Clinic Manager may assign**Job Purpose**:
The Registered laser nurse will be responsible for collecting patient information and for providing quality care to clients that visit Skin Laundry. The role will be flexible to support the Front of House team with administrative functions as required based on the needs of the Business. The main role is to coordinate the day-to-day activities involving client care, in an efficient and professional manner.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Operations**:

- Warmly greeting clients, walking them into the treatment room, and ensuring high-level care is provided throughout the appointment.
- Collects information on patient status from a variety of sources using assessment skills including observation, communication, and physical assessment.
- Evaluating and treating clients within established treatment protocols.
- Providing a friendly and comfortable environment for clients to be treated in
- Update and maintain client records on the system with their treatment details.
- Is adept and knowledgeable with the use of specific equipment.
- Is trained to efficiently operate the machines used for all skin laundry treatments.
- Provide clients with pre-and post-treatment care.
- Explain all treatment procedures to clients.
- Perform skin analysis and evaluation to determine an appropriate treatment plan.
- Perform the required treatment in a time-efficient manner while maintaining a pleasant attitude.
- Advise and coordinate with clients on all aspects of the treatment and answering any questions or concerns they may have in a professional and friendly manner.
- Speak with clients about additional services and recommendations.
- Answer clients’ questions or concerns about treatments and/or products.
- Manage clients with grace, even during peak demand.
- Inform clients about new treatments and discounts.
- Upsell treatments and products when appropriate.
- Proactively identify and resolve client issues using Skin Laundry’s protocol system.
- Provide timely and comprehensive oral updates throughout the shift.

**Customer Service**:

- Adheres to the Skin Laundry’s vision and brand values.
- Has knowledge of principles and processes for providing excellent client service including client needs assessments, meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Ensures correct information is available for cashier to charge.

**Personal responsibilities**:

- Always demonstrates professional accountability and responsibility.
- Complies with the Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct of Skin Laundry.
- Maintains own staff development folder to record educational activities and professional growth related to evidenced based practice and critical incidents.
- Maintain registration with licensing board and local medical health authority.
- Maintains current knowledge in the latest clinical practices.

- Skilled and well trained on assisting with Dermatology treatments.
- BLS, mandatory training, infection control training and health and safety training.
- The ability to research, process, analyze and present material clearly and concisely.
- Should display discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues.
