**Job Summary**

Store Keeper roles will be focusing on Maintains inventory, receiving, location, issuance and picking, delivering finish goods, securing warehouse; supervising contractors, warehouse and equipment
The role location would be in our Factory in Saudi Arabia / Jubail Industrial city 2nd supporting area.

As Store Keeper will perform and coordinate the daily warehousing activities. You will implement productivity, quality and customer service standards and achieve the appropriate level of volume within time limits.
Ultimately, you should be able to ensure that daily operations meet and exceed daily performance expectations.

**Responsibilities**:
**Receiving**
- Unload the trucks / may need to collect goods locally
- Receive goods and check for quantity and quality of deliveries against PO
- Issue Order receiving notes
- Report results and deviations
- Record information in business system (Mas-H)
- Store / Locate the goods
- Make non products available to the owners
- Make sub-contracted components available to owners

**Store management**
- Record stock movement in business system (Mas-H)
- Carry out permanent inventory based on lists (cycle counting)
- Report differences to Materials Manager
- Ensure accuracy of inventory versus information included in business system
- Maintain control over the store area (cleanliness, identification, storage condition, etc.)
- Ensure that all movements are recorded in business system (Mas-H)
- Develop & maintain optimum storage condition to prevent any parts damages or lost

**Picking activities**
- Prepare the parts requested by picking list and make them available to the assembly department
- Place Kanban purchase orders for components to be purchased under these methods

**Quality**

**Packaging/Packing**
- Package goods according either to Fisher standard requirements or customer requirements
- Collect documentation to be shipped with the goods

**Shipping**
- Prepare goods for shipping
- Deal with freight forwarder / may need to deliver locally

**Sub-contract Shipping and Packing activities**
- Deal with freight forwarder in order to organize packaging, packing and shipping operations.
- Follow-up execution operation and ensures supplier performs works on time and in line with quality requirements.
- Assist sub-contractor in understanding requirements

**Safety**
- Ensure safety rules are followed and applied in his area.
- Follows applicable ES & H policy relevant to job

**SOP**
- Handle equipment with proper care and maintenance (1st level of maintenance)
- Make recommendation in order to eliminate non value add in the activities and in order to bring the function under optimum lean conditions **Basic Qualifications**
- Relevant technical certificate or diploma
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Knowledgeable in stores management techniques
- Valves product knowledge
