**Responsibilities**:
1. **Sales Strategy**: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets and growth objectives.

2. **Business Development**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential clients and market segments.

3. **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

4. **Sales Team Leadership**: Lead and motivate the sales team in the future to meet or exceed sales targets, providing coaching and support as needed.

5. **Sales Forecasting**: Forecast sales projections and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

6. **Market Research**: Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

7. **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a deep understanding of Jawraa's products and services, effectively communicating their value proposition to clients.

8. **Proposal Development**: Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop compelling sales proposals and presentations.

9. **Contract Negotiation**: Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients, ensuring agreements are mutually beneficial and in line with company objectives.

10.**Sales Reporting**: Prepare regular sales reports and updates for senior management, providing insights into sales performance and market dynamics.

**Requirements**:

2. Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the IT services or consulting industry.

5. Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, with the capacity to build rapport and credibility with clients.
