IT Officer

Technical
- Min 3 yrs previous working experience in same role
- Have sound knowledge of ERP and MRP systems (knowledge of QUASAR-X is a plus)
- ERP implementation and administration
- monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks;
- troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults;
- replacing parts as required;
- providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports;
- setting up new users’ accounts and profiles
- website CMS updating
- basic knowledge of manufacturing production

Personal
- Problem-solving attitude
- Capable to work in a multi-culture team
- Between 20 and 40 yrs old, fit and in good health
- Good communication skills (customers, visitor, other employees)

Education
- Bachelor degree in computer science or in any related field
- Fluent English
